Complaint volume

A 1baraban.com sub-score input measuring the volume and pattern of public complaints against an operator across ADR rulings, AskGamblers, Trustpilot and forum sources.

In detail

The complaint-volume sub-score combines three inputs: ADR ruling counts and outcomes (eCOGRA, IBAS), public complaint counts on AskGamblers and Trustpilot adjusted for operator size, and pattern analysis (recurring themes around delayed withdrawals, KYC stalls or bonus disputes). Resolved complaints are weighted lower than unresolved; pattern recurrence is weighted heavier than isolated incidents.
