The six sub-scores are licensing & compliance, payments & withdrawals, complaint volume & ADR record, bonus & promotion fairness, responsible-gambling tooling, and editorial transparency. Each is calculated from a published checklist of measurable inputs and presented on a 0-10 scale. We do not blend qualitative judgement into the score itself; written commentary handles nuance.
