The trust index runs from 0 to 10 and is calculated as a weighted sum of six sub-scores: licensing & compliance (20%), payments & withdrawals (20%), complaint volume & ADR record (20%), bonus & promotion fairness (15%), responsible-gambling tooling (15%) and editorial transparency (10%). Each sub-score is calculated from a documented checklist.
