Major UK groups (Entain, Flutter, 888, Bet365, Evoke) each hold a UKGC operating licence and run multiple consumer brands beneath it. Other brands are white-labelled on a third-party operator's licence. The brand handles look, feel and marketing; the operator owns AML, KYC, balance custody and ADR membership.
