Spend 5,000 hands on the room before scoring. Track net-of-rake win rate at the same stakes across rooms. Test cash-out integrity by withdrawing immediately after a winning session. Count outage minutes per week. Score caps at 7.5 if RTA enforcement is documented as soft.
